Brenton Thwaites (“Gods of Egypt,” “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales”) will star in the upcoming thriller “Ghosts of War”.
The story follows five battle-hardened U.S. soldiers assigned to hold a formerly Nazi high command occupied French chateau at the end of World War II.
What initially seems like a respite descends into madness when they encounter a supernatural enemy far more terrifying than anything on the battlefield.
Thwaites will play the leader, a strategist plagued by battle fatigue. Eric Bress (“The Butterfly Effect,” “The Final Destination”) will direct from his own script.
D. Todd Shepherd, Joe Simpson, and Shelley Madison are producing.
