Miracle Workers
TBS has officially renewed the Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi-led comedy “Miracle Workers” for a second season which will tell a whole new story but with the same cast. The new season will follow a medieval story about friendship, family and trying not to be murdered.

Set to return for the new season, Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, and Karan Soni will portray new characters that will center on the story of a group of villagers in the dark ages trying to stay positive in an age of inequality and fake news. [Source: TBS]

Untitled AMC Anthology Series
AMC has greenlit a new, untitled hour-long episodic anthology drama series created by Emmy-Award winning writer Will Bridges (“Black Mirror: USS Callister”) and Brett Goldstein (“Superbob”) who will executive produce with Jolyon Symonds. Six episodes will debut in 2020 on AMC.

Each episode will feature an entirely new story and different cast in a setting fifteen years from now when science makes a discovery that changes the lives of everyone on the planet – a way to find your soul mate. This follows six provocative stories about the cost of finding true love, all different in tone and featuring a spectrum of people and relationships. [Source: AMC]

A new spot is out for Epix’s Batman prequel series “Pennyworth” which premieres on July 28th and follows a young Alfred Pennyworth in 1960s London when he first goes to work for Thomas Wayne. The first season consists of ten episodes.

Das Boot
Hulu has premiered a full trailer for the mini-series “Das Boot” which premieres in full on the service on June 17th. Set during the Autumn of 1942, in occupied France, U-612 is now ready for its maiden voyage preparing to head into the increasingly brutal warfare.. As the 40 young men take on their first mission, they struggle with the cramped and claustrophobic conditions of life underwater.

Swamp Thing
DC Universe has premiered a new trailer for “Swamp Thing” which debuts from Friday May 31st exclusively on that streaming service. The story follows Abby Arcane as she investigates what seems to be a deadly swamp-born virus in a small town in Louisiana but soon discovers that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets. When unexplainable and chilling horrors emerge from the murky marsh, no one is safe.
