Netflix’s original content isn’t all TV shows and specials, on occasion they dabble in film as well and on October 12th they’ll be globally releasing the performance film “Justin Timberlake + The Tennessee Kids” which had its premiere in Toronto a few weeks ago.
Jonathan Demme (“The Silence of the Lambs,” “Neil Young: Heart of Gold”) directs the film which showcases the entertainer’s final performance of his 20/20 Experience World Tour at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Surrounded by the 25 band members of The Tennessee Kids and featuring show-stopping numbers, the performance is the culmination of the singer’s 134 shows and two years on the road.
