Lucy Punch, Bob Odenkirk and Rich Sommer have all signed onto the romantic comedy “The Giant Mechanical Man” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The story follows a quiet zoo worker (Jenna Fischer) who is torn between a street performer (Chris Messina) and a pompous motivational speaker (Topher Grace). Punch will play the street-performer’s girlfriend. Malin Akerman also stars.
Lee Kirk penned the script and is directing the project. Shooting is currently underway in Detroit.
