Drake Doremus, Jonathan Schwartz and Ben York Jones, the trio behind the indie feature “Like Crazy” which took home several awards at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, are all re-teaming for a new effort reports The Los Angeles Times.
Paramount Pictures, who will distribute ‘Like’, has partnered with Montecito Picture Co. to acquire the film rights to Emily Hainsworth’s young adult science-fiction/romance novel “Through to You”.
The story centers on a grieving teen who discovers a parallel world in which his girlfriend is still alive. At present Doremus will direct, Jones will write and Schwartz will produce.
