Netflix’s biggest three TV series franchises all have new seasons debuting in the back half of this year and today the streamer has released a trailer touting the return of all three – “Stranger Things,’ “Wednesday” and “Squid Game”.

The fifth and final season of “Stranger Things” has a multi-prong release strategy spread across three parts – Volume 1 on November 26th, Volume 2 on December 25th, and Volume 3 on December 31st.

Shot over a full year, several of the eight episodes are tipped to be feature-length with a 4/3/1 episode release strategy.

“Wednesday” returns for its second which will be split into two parts – the first on August 6th and the second on September 3rd.

The third and final season of “Squid Game” won’t be split and will premiere June 27th. In and of itself, the season is essentially a ‘Part 2’ to the second season’s ‘Part 1’.

New seasons of “One Piece,” “Bridgerton,” “The Witcher” and “The Night Agent” are due in 2026.
