It’s “Who’s the Boss” meets “Sex and the City”.
Emmy nominee Tony Danza has joined the cast of the second season of HBO’s “And Just Like That,” its “Sex and the City” sequel series, which had its first season earlier this year.
Danza has landed the role of the father of non-binary, unapologetic stand-up comedian Che (Sara Ramirez) who is engaged in a steamy relationship with Miranda (Cynthia Nixon).
Danza has popped up every now and then in recent years from movies like “Don Jon” to shows like Netflix’s “The Good Cop”. He joins a returning John Corbett who reprises his role as Aidan Shaw for the second season.
