Netflix has premiered the first trailer for the Niki Caro-directed action thriller “The Mother” starring Jennifer Lopez, Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick, Gael Garcia Bernal and Paul Raci.
While fleeing from dangerous assailants, an ex-assassin (Lopez) comes out of hiding to protect the estranged daughter she left earlier in her life and who has now become a target of those on her tail.
Misha Green, Andrea Berloff, and Peter Craig penned the script for the film which is set for release on the streamer in May next year.
