ABC’s “Big Sky” Trailer Draws Big Numbers

The recent trailer for ABC’s new thriller drama series “Big Sky,” which hails from “Big Little Lies” and “Boston Legal” creator David E. Kelley, has pulled in big numbers.

In three days, the clip has been viewed 25.5 million times across social media platforms – suggesting one of the first potential new hits in a while for a broadcast network.

To give you a comparison, it pulled in nearly twice the numbers in its first three days than the three most-watched new broadcast series trailers of last year (“Stumptown,” “Emergence,” “Mixed-ish”).

Based on the book series by C.J. Box, the series follows the investigation into the kidnapping of two sisters on a remote highway in Montana. Katheryn Winnick, Ryan Phillippe, Kylie Bunbury, John Carroll Lynch, Brian Geraghty, Dedee Pfeiffer, Natalie Alyn Lind, Jade Pettyjohn, Valerie Mahaffey and Jesse James Keitel star.

“Big Sky” is set to premiere on ABC on November 17th.
