Amazon Prime Video has released the teaser trailer for its new original thriller series “Wildness,” a clip set to Taylor Swift’s new ‘Taylor’s Version’ of “Look What You Made Me Do”.
Former “Doctor Who” companion Jenna Coleman and “The Haunting of Hill House” breakout Oliver Jackson-Cohen co-lead this adaptation of the B.E. Jones novel.
Written and created by Marnie Dickens, the story revolves around a British couple Liv (Coleman) and Will (Jackson-Cohen) who are living in New York and seem to have it all. When Liv learns about Will’s infidelity, her heartbreak is swiftly followed by another emotion: fury.
The couple embark on an American road trip Liv’s fantasized about since she was little, from the Grand Canyon on through Yosemite, before ending up with a hedonistic weekend in Las Vegas.
For Will, it’s a chance to make amends; for Liv, it’s a very different prospect – a landscape where accidents happen all the time. The perfect place to get revenge.
So Yong Kim (“Lovesong”) directs and executive produces alongside Elizabeth Kilgarriff. The series debuts on Prime Video globally on September 15th.
