Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1
A new photo from Christopher McQuarrie’s “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1” has been released, showcasing one of the key action sequences shot near York in the UK as Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt brawls with Esai Morales’ villain on top of a speeding steam train.
Of the scene, McQuarrie says: “We’re making a movie that involves sequence that they just don’t shoot practically anymore and haven’t in a long, long time. The sequence that we’re shooting right now is no exception. And like most things on Mission: Impossible, if we had known what the challenges were when we started, we would never have done it.” [Source: Empire Online]

Inkas the Ramferinkas
Producer Niels Juul and Sherman Theatrical Entertainment are teaming up to develop “Inkas the Ramferinkas,” an animated feature film inspired by music from songwriting duo Robert B. Sherman and Richard M. Sherman, who created the music for “Mary Poppins,” “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” and “The Jungle Book” along with the song “It’s a Small World (After All)”.
Originally a 1951 children’s record, the story follows a small flying dinosaur who protects his friends despite facing tremendous danger. Robert’s son teamed with his dad and uncle to adapt it into a feature-length animation script in the mid-2000s. Stalling due to the 2008 financial crisis, it’s now going ahead again.
