Jimmy Kimmel is set to host this year’s Academy Awards ceremony on March 12th and ahead of the ceremony, ABC has released the official trailer for the event.
Clocking in at four-minutes, the extended “Top Gun: Maverick” spoof enlists the help of Jon Hamm and Charles Parnell reprising their roles from the film, and the legend that is Billy Crystal making an appearance to help Kimmel out.
All twenty-three categories of the Academy Awards will be telecast live from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will be televised on ABC and in more than 200 territories worldwide. Glenn Weiss and Ricky Kirshner will serve as showrunners for the cermony.
