The Hurt Unit
“Gotham” and “The O.C.” star Ben McKenzie is returning to TV with the actor set to star in the medical drama pilot “The Hurt Unit” for ABC. Matt Lopez and John Glenn created the series.
The series will follow a Hospital Urgent Response Team, skilled surgeons and nurses who treat injured patients out in the field. McKenzie will play the gifted surgeon who heads the team, but is a risk taker. [Source: TV Line]
Creatures of Sonaria
Wind Sun Sky Entertainment and Productivity Media are teaming to adapt “Creatures Of Sonaria,” an episodic scripted series based on the Roblox platform game and published by Twin Atlas. The title spans exotic worlds of monsters, dragons and critters with former Lucasfilm exec Catherine Winder overseeing this ‘narrative universe’. [Source: Deadline]
Shadow and Bone
Netflix has released a brief teaser for the second season of its fantasy drama “Shadow and Bone,” this one offering a look at Ben Barnes’ General Kirigan/The Darkling – the shadow summoner who announces his return following the events of the first season. The new run kicks off on March 16th.

Outlander
Famed singer Sinead O’Connor has been revealed as the singer of the opening titles sequence for the seventh season of “Outlander” with Starz releasing the credits sequence online.
The “Nothing Compares 2U” singer delivers her rendition of The Skye Boat Song for the series credits which as usual are updated each season to reflect the story’s current location and events. The new run premieres this Summer.
Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story
Netflix announced during a virtual Bridgerton fan event today that the upcoming prequel spin-off series “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” will launch on Thursday, May 4th.
Centered on Queen Charlotte’s rise to prominence and power, the show explores how the young Queen (India Amarteifio) and her marriage to King George (Corey Mylchreest) sparked “both a great love story and a societal shift, creating the world of the Ton inherited by the characters in Bridgerton.”
