Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3
Filmmaker James Gunn has confirmed that John Murphy is doing the score for Marvel Studios’ “Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3” – replacing Tyler Bates who handled the first two films. Murphy worked with Gunn on “The Suicide Squad” and is expected to have a bunch of it ready before filming begins next month. [Source: Cinema Blend]

GeForce Now
Cloud gaming is (finally) coming to Australia with the announcement of a Tuesday, October 19th local launch date for the GeForce Now service (powered by Pentanet).

The service allows users to access their existing Steam, Epic and Origin cloud libraries and play over 1000+ titles over streaming. Accounts are in two tiers – free but with a ‘restricted model’, or AUD$20 per month which will offer full quality gaming with ray tracing. [Source: Cloud.GG]

Misfit City
HBO Max has put a TV series adaptation of Kirsten ‘Kiwi’ Smith & Kurt Lustgarten’s graphic novel series “Misfit City” into development. Hannah Hafey and Kaitlin Smith will serve as creators and executive producers.

The story follows Wilder, a teenage girl smothered by her backwater hometown, but when Wilder and her friends discovers a centuries-old pirate map, she may find out that real adventure was in their tiny town all along. [Source: Deadline]

The Batman
Following the first trailer at last year’s event, the second trailer for Matt Reeves’ “The Batman” will arrive during this Saturday’s DC Fandome event. With two days to go, Warners has just teased the trailer launch with a new bit of audio from the film, check out that teasse below.
