David Tennant and his wife Georgia Tennant are working together on “Hide,” a new series inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde”.
The pair will star in and executive produce the conspiracy thriller-themed series for Peacock. Tennant stars a disgraced journalist who uncovers a story that could revive his career, but which also makes him a target for shadowy and dangerous adversaries.
Along the way, he suffers an accident that has serious side effects which is when the Jekyll and Hyde element comes into play.
The series is being directed and executive produced by Julie Anne Robinson (“Blackpool”) while “Agent Carter” duo Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters are serving as showrunners.
