Queen Latifah, Robert Duvall, and Ben Foster will star opposite Adam Sandler in Jeremiah Zagar’s basketball feature “Hustle” at Netflix.
Sandler stars as a down on his luck basketball scout who discovers a once-in-a-lifetime player with a rocky past abroad and takes it upon himself to bring the phenom to the States without his team’s approval.
Against the odds, they have one final shot to prove they have what it takes to make it in the NBA. Sandler will produce under Happy Madison banner alongside LeBron James’ SpringHill Company label along with Roth/Kirschenbaum Films.
NBA player Juancho Hernangomez, Jordan Hull, Maria Botto, Ainhoa Pillet and sports commentator Kenny Smith also have supporting roles here. Taylor Materne and Oscar nominee Will Fetters penned the screenplay.
