Danny Ramirez (“On My Block,” “Top Gun: Maverick,” “Valley Girl”) has joined the cast of the Marvel Studios series “The Falcon & the Winter Soldier” which recently wrapped filming its run after a several month pause due to the pandemic.
Ramirez will reportedly play a pivotal role, but what that role might be is under wraps. Events of the series pick up after “Avengers: Endgame” with Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson and Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes teaming up.
Daniel Bruhl and Emily VanCamp are also returning, while Wyatt Russell also has a key role. The series was originally slated to premiere until the production pause. Now it’s expected to hit early next year after “WandaVision” airs on the service later this year.
