Visual effects supervisor Brian Metcalf will make his directorial debut on the indie fantasy feature “Fading of the Cries” says The Hollywood Reporter.
Thomas Ian Nicholas (“American Pie”) plays a young man who defends his town from evil forces, aided by a magic sword.
Metcalf also penned the script and will produce with Karoline Kautz.
