An unexpected report emerged yesterday that one of the Batmobiles on the set of Zack Snyder’s “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” had been stolen from the streets of Detroit.
The Detroit Free Press quickly shot down the report, contacting a police spokesman who had confirmed with producers that the vehicle has not been stolen and it is “safe in the Batcave where it belongs”.
The report was only a rumor that “proliferated on the web and social media on Friday”. In any case, Snyder himself has made fun of the situation with a recent photo he just tweeted:
