Netflix an A24 have premiered the first photos from “Beef,” its new dark comedy series that hails from Lee Sung Jin (“Dave,” “Silicon Valley”) and stars Steven Yeun and Ali Wong.
The story follows the aftermath of a road rage incident between two strangers. Danny Cho (Yeun), a failing contractor with a chip on his shoulder, goes head-to-head with Amy Lau (Wong), a self-made entrepreneur with a picturesque life. The increasing stakes of their feud unravel their lives and relationships.
Maria Bello, Joseph Lee, Young Mazino, David Choe, Patti Yasutake, Ashley Park, Justin H. Min, Mia Serafino, and Remy Holt also star in the ten-episode series which will debut on the service on April 6th.
