Filming has officially gotten underway on the fourth and final season of “The Umbrella Academy” based on the comic of the same name by Gerard Way.
Showrunner Steve Blackman confirmed the news on social media, posting a photo of the clapperboard for the first shot. The new run will consist of just six episodes, the show’s shortest season to date, with the full cast returning to close out the story.
Meanwhile, filming on the revival of the iconic sitcom “Frasier” begins this week in Los Angeles with the first episode titled ‘The Good Father’. That episode will be directed by sitcom legend James Burrows.
Paramount+ has confirmed that the revival will unfold in the city of Boston rather than Seattle as Dr. Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) returns to Boston (where “Cheers” took place) with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge, and an old dream or two to finally fulfil.
The show’s filming will take place over the next two-and-half months with the shoot to wrap in April ahead of an airing later this year.
