Nickelodeon Studios is reportedly moving forward on a musical reimagining of the 2000 film “Snow Day” for the Paramount+ service.
Also titled “Snow Day,” the new take has just begun filming in Montreal and is slated for release on the streamer sometime later this year.
The story revolves around siblings and their quest to break routines and achieve their dreams on a surprise whiteout that cancelled school and brought the world to a halt.
The cast includes Ky Baldwin, Michaela Russell, Shelby Simmons, Fabi Aguirre, Jerry Trainor, Logan Aultman, Dominic Mariche, Myles Erlick, Monique Jasmine Paul, Destiny Rettinger, Lilly Bartlam, Viggo Hanvelt, Laura Bell Bundy and Rob Huebel.
