As part of a profile in the newest issue of GQ, British actor Taron Egerton touched upon his role as game licenser Henk Rogers in the new film about the genesis of famed video game “Tetris”. The aim at present is to begin filming in January.

Rogers made a deal with the Russian bureau handing the export of the software and the KGB for the game, and Egerton says the story gets a bit nasty: “It’s definitely more ‘Social Network’ than ‘Lego Movie’. It’s about the rights to the game. It’s an insane true story.” [Source: GQ UK]
