Following its Special Jury Prize win at the Cannes Film Festival in May, and strong reviews out of Sydney and Toronto, the trailer is now out for Dutch-British animator Michael Dudok de Wit’s dialogue-free “The Red Turtle”.
A collaboration between Wild Bunch and Studio Ghibli, the project follows the story of an island castaway surviving mother nature and years of isolation. It’s a gorgeous film that will next play Fantastic Fest today, London in October and then score a theatrical run in the U.S. on January 20th.
