Netflix has premiered the first trailer for Andrew Dominik’s “Blonde,” the upcoming biopic offering a reimagining of the life of Marilyn Monroe.
Based on the bestselling novel by Joyce Carol Oates, the film will explore the more unsavory parts along with the split of Monroe’s professional and private life, as the woman born Norma Jeane struggles with the effects of her public image.
Bobby Cannavale, Adrien Brody, Julianne Nicholson, Xavier Samuel and Evan Williams, Lily Fisher, Toby Huss, David Warshofsky, Caspar Phillipson, Dan Butler, Sara Paxton and Rebecca Wisocky co-star.
“Blonde” will release globally on Netflix on September 28th.
