Production has wrapped in Germany on Neon’s new horror film “Cuckoo” starring “Euphoria” actress Hunter Schafer alongside previously unannounced cast members Dan Stevens and Jessica Henwick.
Tilman Singer directs from his screenplay but plot specifics are under wraps. Schafer recently joined “The Hunger Games” prequel “The Ballad Of Songbirds And Snakes”. [Source: Screen Daily]
Jurassic World: Dominion
A new listing on Vudu indicates the dino sequel will be coming to PVOD platforms on July 14th – approximately 34 days after its theatrical release.
Gray
Rupert Everett, Wendy Crewson, Shawn Doyle, Tim Rozon , Jamaal Grant and Benjamin Sutherland will join Patricia Clarkson and Lydia West in the eight-part espionage thriller series “Gray”. Filming is underway in Toronto.
Clarkson plays a CIA spy who comes in from the cold after 20 years in hiding. She returns to her old life just as it is discovered that there is a new mole within her old spy network. Ruba Nadda directs from a script by John McLaughlin (“Black Swan) based on an idea by author David Baldacci. [Source: THR]
Never Have I Ever
Wth “Love Victor” over, its star Michael Cimino is in high demand and has joined the fourth and final season of Netflix’s “Never Have I Ever”. Cimino will play a skater and new heartthrob at Sherman Oaks High in the new season which is set to debut August 12th.
He’s also booked the lead role opposite “Cobra Kai” actress Peyton List in the two-episode HBO Max romantic special “B-Loved” which will arrive on Valentine’s Day 2023. [Source: THR]
