Shrinking
Jessica Williams has joined the cast of Apple’s comedy series “Shrinking” starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford. James Ponsoldt (“The Circle”) has signed on to direct multiple installments of the ten-episode series including the pilot.

The series revolves around Jimmy, a grieving therapist (Segel) who begins to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes to people’s lives. Williams plays a fellow therapist and friend of Jimmy. [Source: THR]

The Muppets Mayhem
Tahj Mowry (“Smart Guy,” “Baby Daddy”) is set to star in the upcoming Disney+ live-action series “The Muppets Mayhem,” joining the previously announced Lilly Singh in the series first announced in March.

Mowry will star as Gary ‘Moog’ Moogowski, a lovably awkward die-hard superfan of the band who follows them around. The series follows The Electric Mayhem Band as they record their first album ever. [Source: The DisInsider]

XO, Kitty
Choi Min-yeong, Anthony Keyvan, Gia Kim, Sang Heon Lee, Peter Thurnwald, Regan Aliyah, Yunjin Kim, Michael K. Lee and Jocelyn Shelfo will join Anna Cathcart in Netflix’s “XO, Kitty” series – a spin-off of their “To All the Boys” movies.

The series hails from co-showrunners and executive producer Jenny Han and Sascha Rothchild and follows teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey (Cathcart) who moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend and realises that relationships are a lot more complicated than expected. A Friend of the Family
Austin Stowell, Patrick Fischler, Bree Elrod and Philip Ettinger will join Anna Paquin, Jake Lacy, Lio Tipton, Mckenna Grace and Hendrix Yancey in Peacock’s limited drama series “A Friend Of The Family”. Nick Antosca serves as showrunner, writer and executive producer.
