Netflix has officially renewed the “The Karate Kid” sequel series “Cobra Kai” for a fourth season.
The renewal comes over a month since the first two seasons of the YouTube original series launched on the streamer, that launch leading to a resurgence in interest in the series with a lot of first time watchers tuning in.
In addition, the announcement also comes with the release of a new teaser announcing a January 8th 2021 premiere date for the upcoming third season.
The upcoming season will see Daniel LaRusso returning to Japan in order to continue to navigate through life without the mentorship of his Karate Kid sensei, Mr. Miyagi.
