HBO has begun developing a series based on eight-episode hit podcast “Tabloid: The Making of Ivanka Trump” reports Collider.
The project, still in its early stages, will be adapted as a fictionalized drama centered around Ivanka’s early years.
The podcast gives listeners a glimpse into the life of the First Daughter, tracing her history as a child of divorce to It Girl across the Manhattan party scene and all the way to the West Wing.
The podcast features interviews with Ivanka’s mother, Ivana Trump, as well as friends of the Trump family and other members of high society with insight into Ivanka’s relationships with her father and husband Jared Kushner.
National Magazine Award–winning journalist Vanessa Grigoriadis, former HBO executive Nick Hall and Australian playwright Nakkiah Lui (“Black Comedy”) are expected to serve as executive producers.
