Supermassive Games have premiered the first trailer for the second installment of their “Dark Pictures” horror game anthology series, this one titled “Little Hope” and starring Will Poulter (“Midsommar”).
Abandoned and all alone, four college students and their teacher become stranded in an isolated town miles from anywhere after their bus crashes in bad weather. Trapped by a mysterious fog in the town of Little Hope, they search desperately for a means of escape whilst visions from the past haunt them from the shadows.
The new chapter includes the return of “Preacher” scene stealer Pip Torrens as the all-seeing Curator narrating the story and guiding players through their decisions. Ellen Davis, Scott Haining and David Smith co-star.
The Dark Pictures Anthology launched with 2019’s ocean-set “Man of Medan” which scored solid reviews and follows on from their 2015 survival horror debut “Until Dawn”. “The Dark Pictures: Little Hope” launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC later this year.
