Fleabag
Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s live theater performance of the original one-woman show that inspired her comedy series “Fleabag” is being released online in an effort to support a number of COVID-19 charities.
Recorded at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre in 2019, it will initially be available to stream in the UK and Ireland via Soho Theatres On Demand streaming site from today. It will then be expanded to the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Canada via Amazon Prime Video on Friday. [Source: Deadline]
Tesla
IFC Films has nabbed U.S. rights to the Ethan Hawke-led biopic “Tesla,” which tells the story of inventor Nikola Tesla and his efforts to build a revolutionary electrical system. It also tracks Tesla’s contentious relationship with fellow inventor Thomas Edison (Kyle MacLachlan), as well as the ways that his high-minded idealism clashes with American industrialism. The Walking Dead
AMC has released the first promo and sneak peek for the tenth season finale of “The Walking Dead” which offers a first look at Maggie (Lauren Cohan) returning while our main survivors try their best to fight off The Whisperers, who are now led by Beta. The new episode is scheduled to air later this year.
Westworld
The third season of HBO’s “Westworld” reached its halfway point last night with its fourth episode, one pack with revelations and a major twist. The premium cabler has now released an extended promo for the next episode which promises to push things up even further as Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) and the mysterious Serac (Vincent Cassel) head for a showdown.
