CBS Television Studios is reportedly shopping around a second reboot of Darren Star and Aaron Spelling’s iconic 1990s teen soap franchise “Beverly Hills, 90210”.
Original series actors Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris are all said to be on board for the new edition which has reportedly already generated interest from multiple outlets. Only two key original names, Shannen Doherty and Luke Perry, aren’t involved at this point.
The showrunners of The CW’s first reboot, “90210” which ran from 2008-2013, are also steering this incarnation.
