Bruce Campbell has been set as host of a ten-episode reboot of “Ripley’s Believe It or Not” for the Travel Channel to air this summer. Built around real-life stories from across the globe, each of the hourlong episodes will be shot at Ripley Warehouse in Orlando. [Source: Variety]

Jay and Silent Bob
Kevin Smith has confirmed that pre-production has begun on his long-promised reboot of “Jay and Silent Bob”. Jay Mewes and Smith have played the characters to date, the pair making their film debut in the 1994 comedy “Clerks” and subsequently appeared in five other films. [Source: Variety]

The Kid Who Would Be King
20th Century Fox has premiered a new TV spot for their forthcoming fantasy adventure film “The Kid Who Would Be King” starring Louis Serkis, Sir Patrick Stewart and Rebecca Ferguson. The story follows a twelve-year-old British schoolboy whose everyday problems are dwarfed by his discovery of the mythical sword Excalibur. The film opens January 25th.

Once Upon a Deadpool
The PG-13 alternate cut of “Deadpool 2” is coming home early with “Once Upon A Deadpool” set to arrive on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD on Tuesday, January 15th. Fox Home Entertainment has also pledged to donate $1 for every purchase to Fudge Cancer. The recent theatrical run pulled in just over $7 million. [Source: Fox]
