Cinematographer Lawrence Sher (“Joker”) has confirmed that filming on the “Black Adam” DC Comics adaptation doesn’t begin until July and research and development is underway on designing the film’s look. Untitled Disney Animation Feature
“Zootopia” co-directors Byron Howard and Jared Bush are set to helm a new animated feature for Walt Disney Animation Studios, one that will center on a Latinx family. Jared Bush, who penned the script for “Moana,” will co-write the screenplay with Charise Castro Smith (“The Haunting of Hill House,” “Sweetbitter”). Back to the Future
A cute promo for the upcoming UK stage musical adaptation of “Back to the Future” to the future has arrived, one that sees film franchise star Christopher meeting his stage counterpart Roger Bart (“Desperate Housewives”) who plays Dr. Emmett L. Brown. The musical is opening on February 20th at the Manchester Opera House.
Searchlight Pictures has officially announced that principal photography has begun on Guillermo del Toro’s adaptation of William Gresham’s acclaimed novel “Nightmare Alley”. del Toro and Kim Morgan penned the film which follows the exploits of Stanton Carlisle (Bradley Cooper), a ruthless hustler who learns the tricks of the carny trade and uses them to establish himself as a spiritual guru. The social media account for Amazon’s “The Boys” series knows its audience and have released a new deleted scene from the series involving Chace Crawford’s The Deep giving a class in how to do CPR and dropping a ton of innuendo in the process.
