DreamWorks Studios has picked up film rights to W. Bruce Cameron’s current bestseller “A Dog’s Purpose” according to Risky Biz Blog.
The story follows a wise and funny dog who finds himself reincarnated and decides there must be a reason and until he finds it he will keep being reborn over and over.
Cameron will adapt the screenplay with Cathryn Michon (“China Beach”).
