Richard Jenkins (“The Visitor,” “Burn After Reading”) has joined Stuart Zicherman’s “A.C.O.D.” (Adult Children Of Divorce) for Black Bear Pictures says Deadline.
The story follows a man (Adam Scott) caught in the crosshairs of his parents’ bitter two decade long divorce. Things come to a head when his brother gets engaged and the parental feud blooms anew.
Jenkins will play the father, whose uncompromising lifestyle and vehement distaste for his ex-wife threatens to destroy the wedding.
Ben Karlin (“50/50”) wrote the script with Zicherman and Teddy Schwarzman. Karlin and Tim Perell are producing and shooting kicks off in March.
