Constantin Film has acquired the film rights to Christina Lauren’s erotic novel “Beautiful Bastard”.
The steamy tale follows Chloe Mills, an MBA student interning at a media conglomerate.
She begins a torrid love-hate relationship with her boss, Bennett Ryan, who has just returned from France to take a prominent role in the family company.
Jeremy Bolt is attached to produce. Much like “Fifty Shades of Grey,” the story began as a “Twilight”-inspired piece of fan-fiction named “The Office.”
