It was first rumored last Summer, now a well placed source for CBM has reportedly confirmed that Marvel is planning a new animated series based on “Guardians Of The Galaxy”.
Marvel was said tone undecided on whether to go with a “Guardians Of The Galaxy” or yet another “Spider-Man” cartoon, and it seems they’ve settled on ‘Guardians’.
Like the other current Marvel animated shows, it’s expected to air on Disney XD. The characters have already appeared on “Ultimate Spider-Man”.
The live action ‘Guardians’ feature film hits cinemas on August 1st.
