Next “Elder Scrolls” Game Has A Title

Bethesda

Bethesda Game Studios will reportedly shortly reveal “The Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel” as the official title of the long-awaited sequel.

The Verge reported the news, saying the announcement is expected to arrive sometime next month with the 15th anniversary of “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” on November 11th being the most likely candidate.

The report also indicates that the game will be set in Hammerfell, a region where the largest city is named Sentinel.

The storyline is expected to focus on the history of the Elder Scrolls which haven’t really been covered before.

Xbox CEO Asha Sharma previously teased the game’s title being eight letters back in August.

What isn’t any more clear is when we will see the game, the title likely not arriving until the new console generation which is expected to arrive in 2028.
