Netflix has premiered the first trailer for “Allen,” the live-action feature from Australia’s Ludo Studio which created the global animated sensation “Bluey”.
As a boy in Queensland, Petey had a childhood best friend he never got over: an alien named Allen, who vanished without a goodbye.
Twenty years later he’s back, but be careful what you wish for. Allen has a secret big enough to change the world, and Petey will have to finally grow up to help save it.
T.J. Power, Charlotte Nicdao, Benedict Hardie, Kaipo Heke, Chaydon Jay, Josh Helman, Emily Barclay, and Danny Kim star in the feature.
Daley Pearson and Jeffrey Walker direct the film from a screenplay by Pearson and Sophie Miller. “Allen” premieres only on Netflix on November 12th.
