Hulu has set a September 3rd premiere date for the second season of the Glen Powell-led football-themed half-hour comedy series “Chad Powers”. The entire season is set to premiere on that date.
In the new run, Chad Powers (Powell) is a superstar on the field but his odd behavior off it has everyone suspicious – especially Coach Hudson (Steve Zahn) and Gerry (Colton Ryan). If Russ and Danny (Frankie Rodriguez) want Chad to lead the Catfish to the College Football Playoff, the only person who can help them is the last person who wants to: Ricky (Perry Matfield). John Carter: Warlord of Mars
“Brave” co-director Mark Andrews has joined the previously announced animated series based on Edgar Rice Burroughs’ “John Carter of Mars” series. Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc. is behind the effort.
Andrews co-wrote the previous live-action “John Carter” film alongside Michael Chabon and director Andrew Stanton. Andrews will be working as a supervising director and co-showrunner alongside Michael Kogge. [Source: The Wrap]

Netflix has premiered the full trailer for the fifth and final season of “Outer Banks” which will premiere on the streamer on August 20th. Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Jonathan Daviss, Madison Bailey, Carlacia Grant, Austin North, Drew Starkey, Tony Crane, Cullen Moss and Fiona Palomo return.

FX Networks has premiered the trailer for the eighteenth season of sitcom “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” ahead of its premiere next month on August 17th. The new run clocks in at ten episodes.
The clip puts a heavy focus on Danny DeVito’‘’s Frank Reynolds as he’s readying to marry the love of his life – only to find her dead before the ceremony even begins. Frank decides to go through the wedding anyway.
