Three big rumors in recent times have seemingly been debunked.
A few weeks back, there was talk that Marvel Studios was considering splitting up “Avengers: Secret Wars” into two films in order to accommodate actors’ schedules.
Then this week, celebrity gossip outlet DeuxMoi posted two quick rumors in succession – that Jacob Elordi had entered proper talks to play James Bond and that Tom Cruise was pursuing Chloe Zhao to direct the next “Mission: Impossible”.
The outlet quickly shot down its own Elordi/Bond report, but not before the original story circulated for a while yesterday.
Now, The InSneider has looked into all three and confirms the Elordi rumor is false as “there’s no script yet”.
With “Avengers,” his sources indicate Marvel Studios doesn’t plan on splitting up the movie, and it is “not being seriously discussed” at present, even if it might have briefly been mentioned at somepoint somewhere.
With “Mission,” he simply says he finds the rumour highly implausible and questions DeuxMoi’s sources on the matter.
