Marvel held its TV panel at New York Comic Con today with updates on a number of projects alongside the “Wonder Man” trailer premiere.
First up, “Vision Quest” will have Paul Bettany’s White Vision character remembering everything from the original Vision, but can’t connect to the emotions behind them.
The panel confirmed Ruaridh Mollica is playing Tommy Maximoff/Speed and also revealed that Ultron, FRIDAY, E.D.I.T.H., DUM-E, and JARVIS all appear in human form at some point with James Spader and James D’Arcy reprising their Ultron and Jarvis roles for those scenes.
“Daredevil: Born Again” showed off a trailer for the new season with Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones and Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson appearing in the clips. Other scenes showed Karen & Matt kissing and dancing, and Wilson Fisk doing boxing.
The second season of “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” will see both Daredevil returning (with Charlie Cox providing the voice), Venom, Spider-Gwen, Doctor Octopus, Scorpion, and Chameleon appearing.
“X-Men ’97” has been officially renewed for a third season with the second set to release in Summer 2026. A trailer for the room showed the return of the evil mutant Apocalypse and the X-Men characters scattered across tim and must find their way back to the 1990s.
Separately, Marvel Television boss Brad Winderbaum addressed first season showrunner Beau DeMayo’s departure from the series to EW:
“Well, first and foremost, it’s actually the entire creative team. Same director, same producers, same cast, many of the same writers, and it’s standing on the shoulders of giants. One thing that makes X-Men ’97 work so well is that everybody’s rowing in exactly the same direction. Everyone that works on the show knows that original series inside and out. And we work very closely with Eric and Julia Lewald and Larry Houston [creators of X-Men: The Animated Series]. They’re here all the time reviewing material and talking to the artists. The second season feels very much a worthy successor to the first season.”
As of now, the Marvel film and TV slate for 2026 is as follows:
January 2026: “Wonder Man”
March 2026: “Daredevil: Born Again” S2
Summer 2026: “X-Men ’97” S2
July 2026: “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”
Fall 2026: “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” S2
