NEON has released the final trailer for filmmaker Mike Flanagan’s new Stephen King film adaptation “The Life of Chuck”.
The life-affirming, genre-bending story, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, follows three chapters in the life of an ordinary man named Charles Krantz (Tom Hiddleston).
The novella unfolds in reverse chronological order and at those pivotal moments.
It starts with his death from a brain tumor, and ends with his childhood in a supposedly haunted house. Tying into this are a number of natural disasters simultaneously occurring.
Mark Hamill, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillan, Jacob Tremblay, Matthew Lillard, Mia Sara, Harvey Guillén, Kate Siegel, Carl Lumbly, and Rahul Kohli co-star.
“The Life of Chuck” opens in select cinema son Friday followed by a wide release on June 13th.
