“Logan” and “His Dark Materials” actress Dafne Keen has reportedly been tapped to join the “Star Wars: The Acolyte’ series for the Disney+ service.
The Hot Mic’s Jeff Sneider broke the news through Twitter as production on the new series is underway.
Keen would be joining previously announced stars Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-jae, Jodie Turner-Smith, Manny Jacinto, and Charlie Barnett in the mystery-thriller that will be set within the final days of the High Republic era.
The show promises to take viewers into a galaxy of shadowy secrets and emerging dark-side powers that will be set within the final days of the High Republic era.
The series is being written and executive produced by Leslye Headland (“Russian Doll”) who will also be serving as the showrunner.
