Universal Pictures has released a new featurette about “Halloween Ends,” which marks Jamie Lee Curtis’ final appearance in the role of Laurie Strode after 45 years.
Set four years after the events of “Halloween Kills,” Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Myers hasn’t been seen since that night.
Laurie, after allowing the spectre of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life.
But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.
“Halloween Ends” will debut simultaneously in cinemas and on Peacock on October 14th.
That’s not the only clip today, as 20th Century Studios has released the first official clip from David O. Russell’s mystery comedy “Amsterdam”.
The crime epic follows three close friends who find themselves at the center of one of the most shocking secret plots in American history.
The all-star cast includes Christian Bale, John David Washington, Margot Robbie, Rami Malek, Anya Taylor-Joy, Zoe Saldana, Mike Myers, Michael Shannon, Timothy Olyphant, Taylor Swift and Robert De Niro among others.
“Amsterdam” is currently scheduled to hit theaters on October 7th.
