To celebrate annual Batman Day this year, Cinemark theaters in the U.S. are set to bring three classic Batman movies back to the big screen for one day.
Those films returning include Tim Burton’s 1989 feature “Batman” and its 1992 sequel “Batman Returns” as well as the acclaimed 1993 animated film “Batman: Mask of the Phantasm”.
The films will play in succession at cinemas on September 17th, starting with ‘Phantasm’ followed by the two Burton films. Tickets for all three showings are already available on Cinemark’s website, along with a full list of participating theaters.
The screenings will allow Batman fans to relive the experience of seeing these films in cinemas or for newer generations to view them in the format for the first time.
