Filipino-American actor Nico Santos has been revealed to have scored a role in James Gunn’s already wrapped filming “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” at Marvel Studios.
Santos is best known for playing the flamboyant Oliver T’sien in “Crazy Rich Asians” and sales associate Mateo Liwanag in NBC’s “Superstore”.
As per usual, specifics of his role are under wraps. He joins a cast that includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Sylvester Stallone, Karen Gillan, Elizabeth Debicki, Will Poulter and Chuk Iwuji along with other late announced inclusions like Maria Bakalova and Daniela Melchior.
“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” is slated to open on May 5th 2023.
