CBS has officially renewed its CBS Studios-produced Friday night staple “Blue Bloods” for a thirteenth season to air in the 2022-23 season. The pickup comes ten days before the show airs its twelfth season finale.
The Tom Selleck-led police and family drama is averaging 9.81 million viewers per episode this season in Live+7, ranking fourth among all broadcast series excluding sports.
As one had giveth, the other taketh away. Netflix has cancelled its superhero series “Raising Dion” after two seasons with cast member Sammi Haney sharing the news on Instagram.
Alisha Wainwright stars in the series as a widowed mother raising a 10-year-old son (Ja’Siah Young) who has started to demonstrate superpowers. Michael B. Jordan executive produces and recurs on the series.
