The Witcher III: Wild Hunt
“Cyberpunk 2077” developer CD Projekt Red has delayed the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S remasters of their celebrated title “The Witcher 3,” tweeting that it is moving the development of the new ports to its own internal studios from Saber Interactive where it was previously setup. As they are “evaluating the scope of work to be done,” there is no new release window at this time. [Source: Twitter]

David Lynch
Filmmaker David Lynch has shot down reports he’ll be premiering a secret film at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, telling The A.V. Club quite definitively: “I have no film at Cannes, no… in fact, no one has ever even asked me that.”

Pressed as to whether it’s something else like a TV pilot, he says: “I’m not trying to trick you, I have nothing at Cannes. But there’ll be something new from somebody else. It wasn’t me, though. It isn’t me.” [Source: AV Club]

Halftime
“Halftime,” a new Netflix documentary following Jennifer Lopez as she reflects on her career as a global recording star and movie icon, will serve as the starting film of the 2022 edition of the Tribeca Festival on Wednesday, June 8th. The Amanda Micheli-directed film will then hit the streamer on June 14th. [Source: Variety]

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Sam Raimi’s “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” has earned a PG-13 rating from the MPAA for “intense sequences of violence and action, frightening images and some language”. The rating comes as a new featurette and a new TV spot for the film are available below, the movie is slated to hit cinemas on May 6th.
